Why? Mainly because my daughter Maja is vegan, and I am learning from her on daily basis.

I want to show you that vegan food is not only healthy but can be very tasty and delicious as well.

For me food can be either well or badly prepared, no middle solutions.

Some of my very good friends are vegan and vegetarian: Elda, Katarina, Mia, Igor, Bezzo, Zoran, Vlaho, Vjeko, Suzy.

So these recipes will be my contribution and support to all of them,  to their values and pursuit to make this world a better place to all living creatures.

And what a lovely coincidence – green happens to be my favorite color!
